If you love fragrant rice recipes with eggs, you must give this easy Egg Biryani recipe a try. Perfect for the days when you are looking for a one-pot meal that will be ready quickly.

Steps

Take one big pan and boil rice until it becomes 85% done. Strain it and keep aside.

Take one bowl. Boil the egg and keep aside.

Take one heavy bottom kadai dry roast all spices and churn it. In kadai put oil add onions and fry for 2-3 minutes then add tomatoes mix well sprinkle a dash of water and and cover it for 3-4 minutes.

Add biryani masala and again cover it for another 3-4 minutes. Mix the eggs in the masala and cover it for 2-3 minutes. Take the onion tomato masala. Take heavy bottom kadai snd start layering them.

First layer the rice then sprinkle ghee, mint leaves, little salt, coriander and kesar milk and then sprinkle onion egg mixture and again repeat the process.

Decorate with dome fried onions, coriander and mint leaves.

Take one tawa heat it and put the kadai on it slow the flame and keep it at least 20-25 minutes.cover the kadai with atta.

Tip:
Always add freshly churned masala to your biryani, it gives authentic flavour.
