Chicken Miso Mayonnaise Teriyaki

I used miso instead of the usual soy sauce and it turned out delicious.
The usual teriyaki (without mayonnaise) burns easily but this one doesn't since you use mayonnaise.
If you prepare the night before, all you need to do is to fry in the morning. It's great for bentos.
Add sugar to taste. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put in a bowl and rub the ingredients and leave it for a while. Preferably, leave it for an hour to marinate well.
- 2
In a frying pan, put the chicken with seasonings from step 1 and fry. There's no need to add oil to the pan since the mayonnaise has oil in it. Fry over medium heat.
- 3
When the chicken is browned, flip it over. When both sides are browned, put a lid on, lower the heat and steam it.
- 4
You can serve as it is or put it on rice with the sauce and make a rice bowl.

Chicken Breast Teriyaki in Chili-Mayonnaise Ponzu Chicken Breast Teriyaki in Chili-Mayonnaise Ponzu
I wanted to make a chili mayonnaise stir-fry using breast meat. I got hints from other user's recipes to create this.■ Mayonnaise: Half a teaspoon will bring out the flavor of the sweet chili sauce. Using the full teaspoon is a lot of mayo, which will give it a smoother taste.■ Honey helps soften the meat, but it'll be fine without it. However, it's prone to burning, so be careful. I was given lots of konnyaku, but my husband doesn't really like it. I wanted him to enjoy eating it so I made this and he loved it .It really is simple, but make sure to watch the pan when boiling the ingredients from step 8. It is difficult to burn with this much sauce, but it is dangerous if you leave it for more than 3 minutes. I saw this dish at some restaurant. I wouldn't have the guts to eat this outside, but there's no problem at home - besides, it's so inexpensive!![No.1] Make sure the egg fits in the natto dent. This reminds me of a game I used to play at an amusement park, where you'd throw a colored ball into a cup and you win a prize if it goes in. [No.2] Take your time to mix the natto well. They say that if you mix both ways 100 times each, it warms up the good bacteria to help your constipation! Recipe by Pomu cookpad.japan -

Miso Teriyaki Chicken Miso Teriyaki Chicken
I tried re-creating a restaurant dish. Though they used chicken thigh, I used chicken breast.I thought it was pretty much like adding miso into the teriyaki chicken that I usually make at home.To make this chicken tender, first marinate with sake, sugar and salt then coat with katakuriko. If you don't have the white part of a Japanese leak, it's fine to omit. However the key ingredient to this dish is the green onions. So make sure to sprinkle plenty on top. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
