I made this for a late night snack after putting my children to bed. I've made this countless of times because there are no dishes to wash up.

Cooking Instructions

Cover a small bowl with plastic wrap and put in enough plain cooked rice for 1 rice ball.
- 2
Wrap the plastic wrap around the rice and form rice balls. Repeat once more for 2 rice balls and set aside. Using the same plastic wrap, mix the soy sauce and sugar together.

On parchment paper, spoon over the sugar soy sauce mix from step 2 on the rice balls. Spread miso on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Toast for 5 minutes on top of the parchment paper.
