Ingredients

  1. 🟡Green rice balls
  2. 4 pcs.pandan leaves
  3. 100 ml.water
  4. 50 g.glutinous rice flour
  5. 1 tsp.tapioca flour
  6. 🟡Purple rice balls
  7. 75 g.purple sweet potato
  8. 50 g.glutinous rice flour
  9. 1 tsp.tapioca flour
  10. 6 tbsp.water
  11. 🟡Yellow rice balls
  12. 75 g.pumpkin
  13. 50 g.glutinous rice flour
  14. 1 tsp.tapioca flour
  15. 🟡Coconut milk
  16. 4 cupscoconut milk
  17. 100 g.palm sugar
  18. 160 g.sugar
  19. 1 tsp.salt
  20. leavespandan
  21. to tastecoconut meat

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Starting with Green rice ball • blend pandan leaves with water and strain mix pandan juice with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour

  2. 2

    Steam purple sweet potato until cooked (10-15 mins) mix with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour and some water (how much exactly water depend on sweet potato texture)

    Steam pumpkin until cooked (10mins) mix with glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour

  4. 4

    Roll the dough to small balls as shown until finish • boil rice balls in boiling water wait for 1 mins and stir to help separate •cooking until the balls rise to the top and transfer rice balls to room temperature water

    Make sweet coconut sauce •gentle boil coconut milk + salt + sugar + palm sugar and pandan leave for aroma •add 1 more
