Ingredients

  7. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  8. 1small cup olive oil
  9. 1 tablespoonmustard

    Wash the pork chops well and let them drain in a colander.

    Season the pork chops on both sides. Blend the olive oil with the mustard in a blender. Pour over the chops and mix with your hands to ensure the spices and mustard with olive oil are evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
