Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach(350g)
  • 1/2 cupdried young sardines
  • 1 tablespoonsesame
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut spinach

    Boil in water with a little salt.

    Boil for 1-2 minutes and put in cold water and squeeze.
