Sfiha with Tomato and Tahini

Take the dough out of the freezer. Once thawed, microwave it briefly, then divide into balls. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the meat filling: Finely chop the peppers, onion, and tomatoes. Add them to the ground beef and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper, and spices. Mix thoroughly.

Grease a baking tray with butter or ghee. Flatten the dough balls into discs, place the meat mixture on top, and bake.

For the remaining meat mixture, squeeze in the lemon juice and add the tahini. Mix well. Grease another baking tray with butter or ghee, flatten more dough balls, top with the tahini meat mixture, and bake.

Once done, place the sfiha on a serving plate. Serve with yogurt or salad as desired. Enjoy!
