Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/3 cupveg oil
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/4onion

Steps

    Brown rice

  2. 2

    Put tomatoe and onion in food processors -/2 spoonful

  3. 3

    Of garlic in the rice

  4. 4

    Add water and tomatoes mixture to rice. 4 cups total

  5. 5

    Add tapón of salt

  6. 6

    Add spoon of caldo de pollo mixture

  7. 7

    Boil rice, cover and cook in the oven for 24 minutes

  8. 8

    At 350
