2 largeMangoes and ripe
10-12Walnuts for garnish
1/2 cupWalnut powder
2 tablespoonsCustard powder
1 cupMilk
1/2 cupMelted chocolate
1/4 cupFresh cream

First, take a deep and heavy-based saucepan. Add milk, custard powder, and walnut powder. Mix well.

Keep it to thicken on low flame. Stir continuously and cook till the custard is thick and creamy. When it coats the back of a spoon, switch off the flame and keep covered with a netted plate to cool.

Now to make Mango Puree, take out the pulp, remove seeds and blend with fresh cream till thick and creamy.

Then gently mix it in the cooled custard. Pour in a glass bowl. Chill in the fridge till set.

To serve, add a layer of pudding at the base. Then add a spoonful of melted chocolate. Repeat the layers. Garnish with chopped Walnuts. Serve chilled and enjoy!.
