Spicy and sour - Kairi ki Chutney😋

Kairis are in Season!!! And we use to make a lot of things with it but Kairi ki chatneys are my favorite and the best combo with sabzi and roti. I have a lot of memories with Kairies.
When we are small, my nani used to call all my cousins and khalas to make Achar. The whole day we would play and eat Kachi kairii... hmmm while writing, I am grinding my teeth.😋😋
All elders used to make different kind of Achar. But now we all are scattered and busy in our lives. But whenever we meet we share all memories and laughters 😊

Ingredients

5-6 persons
  • 2raw mangoes (Kairi)
  • 5-6green chilies
  • 4garlic cloves
  • Handfulcoriander and mint
  • Salt to taste

    Cut Kairi into chunks and put it in pestle or mortar or your grinder. I love to make all my chatnis in pestle and mortar

    Add chillies and coriander and start ponding

    Mash it properly. Do not need to add water. Kairi’s water itself will make the chutney wet and smooth.

    And it is ready to serve with any vegetable and Chapatiii or daal chawal
