For Paratha:-Take a flour in a paraat. Add oil salt carromseeds ginger chilli garlic paste pinch turmeric powder walnut powder mix and knead a soft dough with spinach puree. Cover and keep in a fridge. For 15-20min. And roll paratha in a square shape. Roast both sides with ghee and take in a plate.

For greavy:- Make onion slices. Heat oil in a pan add cardamom cloves pepper bay leaf and stir. Now add green chilli garlic ginger onion slices and walnuts. Mix and roast till onion looks transparent. Now add salt 1/2glass water and cover cook on a mid slow flame for 10min. Turn off flame allow it to cool. Remove bey leaf. And churn make a smooth puree. Take a butter in a pan add puree cream salt and milk mix properly. Add chopped coriander stems and cook for 5-7min. Greavy is ready.

Take grated beetroot in a bowl. Coat cottage cheese heart shape with grated beetroot. Leave it for 10-15min. And get nice pink colour.

For chutney :-Mix all ingredients along with walnuts in a chutney jar and churn. Chutney is ready.
To roast walnut heat butter add walnut pieces pepper powder roast 2-3min. Turn off flame. - 5
To Grill:- Take a cottage cheese piece slit from middle stuff chutney. Melt butter in a a grill pan and grill cottage cheese from both sides. Sprinkle grinded black pepper. Take out in a plate. And add in a greavy. Cook for 2-3min. on slow flame.

Take a walnut spinach paratha in a serving plate Spread greavy arrange grilled stuff cottage cheese heart. Roasted almond and chopped coriander stems. Serve with Salad. Delicious Grilled Stuff Cottage Cheese Walnut Platter is ready to serve.
