Fafda is a popular Gujarati snack. In many festivals, fafda is the most preferred snack. It's actually a fried snack made of chick pea flour or besan with some spices like carom seeds, kasuri methi etc and baking soda.
Fafda is generally served with some chutneys .Here I am serving my homemade fafda with healthy feta cheese salad. And it is an excellent combo you must try.
