  • Chickpea pulp
  • Green onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonscornstarch (about 20 grams)
  • Pineapple
  • Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine chickpea pulp, green onions, cornstarch, egg yolk, and diced pineapple in a bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Shape the mixture into flat, round patties.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan on the stove, add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Place the patties in the pan and fry until done. This dish is great as a snack. If you want to make it a main dish, you can add some meat and a little seasoning for the kids, and it will be delicious.
