Fried Idli Recipe

Add oil to the skillet. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. When they splutter add onions and fry until the onion starts to changecolor.

Then add rest of the vegetables (Carrots, Peas and tomatoes) and saute for 2-3 minutes until they turn soft.

Add garam masala, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, sambhar powder and salt saute for 1-2 minutes. Mix it well.

Once the masala is cooked, add tomato ketchup and sweet chili sauce.

Add a little water so that it becomes a medium thick gravy. Now add the idlis. Toss it well so that masala gets covered.

Fried idli is ready. Serve hot with tea...
