Ingredients

1 cupall-purpose flour
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupoil/butter
1/4 cupmilk
2eggs
3-4banana
1 tspcocoa powder
1 tspbanana essence
1 tspbaking powder
Pinchsalt
Topping
Confectioners sugar
Red cherries
Chocolate chips

Blend together oil,eggs,sugar, essence till well blended. Mash banana leaving no big chunks. Sprinkle some sugar to stop them getting black.

Add blended batter in dry ingredients and fold gently. Add in mashed bananas.

Add cocoa powder in batter and mix well.pour in greased round mould.bake in preheated oven at 180°c for about 25 min.then check with toothpik

Let the cake cool completely.take out from mould. Dust some confectioners sugar and top up with cherries or any fruit of your choice.
