Add oil in wok.fry chopped onion till translucent. add ginger garlic paste and chicken and fry till colour changes

Add all spices and fry. Cut tomato in half.place at chicken and close lid.steam will soften the skin.remove it after 5 -7 min.let tomatoes get softened in with chicken

When chicken is tender and tomatoes are softened enough add 1 tbsp yogurt.bhonofy well. Add green chillies at top.

Add burning coal in centre of wok over foil and turn off flame. Enjoy a lip-smacking karahi with naan and celebrate Eid with team zafran cookpad.
