750 gPotatoes
Olive Oil (preferably flavoured)
1/2 TbspSalt
1/2 TbspBlack Pepper
1 TbspChopped Rosemary

Preheat oven to 450°f

Peel and chop potatoes into 1 square inch pieces (or as close to as possible)

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and shake till potatoes are well coated
4

Place potatoes on baking sheet and place into the oven for 28 minutes. Stir them around halfway through.
