Ingredients

  • 380 mlwater
  • 250 mljuice
  • 300 gsugar
  • 140 gcornstarch
  • 4 tbsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water, juice, sugar, and cornstarch to a pan, and boil untill thickened

  2. 2

    Then add 4tbsp of lemon juice and continuously mix until thickened again

  3. 3

    Pour, and spread in a container, leave to set

  4. 4

    Mix 50/50 sugar powder and cornstarch to create a coating
