Misal ,a very spicy and popular maharashtrain dish.Here I have served with homemade garlic and chilli flakes bread.
Steps

Sprout the brown chauli overnight, next morning drain the water from chauli and tie in a dry piece of cloth tightly and keep un a warm place.Next morning your sprout chauli is ready.

Heat a pan,add onion and saute it.when onion are golden brown add tomatoes and cook till they are soft and oil seprates from the side.

Add all masalas and mix it well,adjust the masala according to your taste as these is very spicy. Add salt and add 3 cup of water and allow to boil.when water is boliing and all masalas are mixed properly add sprout chauli and mix it.

Let it cook for sometime on low flames till all masalas are mixed properly. Turn off the gas,garnish with lots of coriander.

Take a chauli mixture in a bowl,add onion, add farsan on top and squeeze lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander and serve with pav and enjoy your jhanjhanit kolhapuri spicy misal.
