Make a well in the flour
- 4
Gradually add water and mix
- 5
Incorporate the butter
- 6
Mix until it forms a dough
- 7
Knead lightly with your fists for 20 minutes until it softens
- 8
Grease a large bowl with olive oil and place the dough inside
- 9
Let the dough rise in the bowl, covering it with a damp cloth (watch for it to double in size)
- 10
Divide the dough into equal parts to form buns
- 11
Shape each piece into a ball using both hands
- 12
Place parchment paper on the baking sheet and arrange the buns on it
- 13
Beat an egg and brush it over the buns, then sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 14
Bake for about 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until done. I like to brown them a bit more, but that's a matter of taste
- 15
For the hamburger
- 16
Add garlic, onion, and salt to the ground beef to taste
- 17
Shape the meat into patties and fry them
- 18
Place cheese on a slice of ham, add another slice of ham, and fry it
- 19
Spread mayonnaise on the bun
- 20
Add the fried ham and cheese layer to the bun, then cucumber, a slice of tomato, the meat, chopped lettuce, and finally serrano pepper
- 21
Finish by adding cheese
- 22
And you're done! Add potatoes, cucumber, and lettuce

Hamburger Buns (Soft) Hamburger Buns (Soft)
I used to make buns with recipes for hard hamburger buns, but I was looking for a softer variation that blends well with the filling. This recipe makes soft and delicious buns without any trouble.Usually there's a lot of rules for baking, but you can make this nice and easy by mixing everything together for primary fermentation, then divide for secondary fermentation. Eat as it is, or toast. The dough will settle down and be firmer from the next day. For 18 after dividing dough into 50 g portions. Recipe by mitesolo cookpad.japan -

I used the hamburger bun recipe by Dokintan as a guide for this recipe.I tried completing the 1st rising for the bun dough the day before, for when I am short on time. If you want to make the dough the day you're going to eat the burgers, reduce the milk by 10 g, choose the "quick bake" program of the bread machine, and take the dough out 40 minutes after you press start. The dough will have completed its 1st rising. From then on just rest for 10 minutes, and proceed to the 2nd rising. For 6 hamburgers. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan -
