3leaves Chopped cabbage
50 mlDashi stock
2 tspSoy sauce
1 tspMirin
1 pinchSalt

Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with a lid, and stew for 10 minutes over low heat.

After 10 minutes, remove the lid, and reduce the liquid.
