  • 3leaves Chopped cabbage
  • 50 mlDashi stock
  • 2 tspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspMirin
  • 1 pinchSalt

    Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with a lid, and stew for 10 minutes over low heat.

  2. 2

    After 10 minutes, remove the lid, and reduce the liquid.
