Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 CupsRolled Oats
  2. 2Large Bananas (Ripened)
  3. 1 CupVanilla Greek Yogurt
  4. 4 ScoopsVanilla Protein Powder
  5. 4Large Egg Whites
  6. 4 TbspBrown Sugar
  7. 2 TbspVanilla Extract
  8. 2 TbspGround Cinnamon
  9. 1 TspBaking Soda
  10. 1 TspBaking Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°f

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly (will need a mechanical mixer)

  3. 3

    Get two cupcake baking sheets and use baking spray to lubricate the slots.

  4. 4

    Add the mixture into all the slots into a cupcake tin then place into the oven for eight minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove and let stand for 20 minutes before removing.
