Ingredients

  • 250 gramsSpinach (green fresh palak leaves)
  • 20 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 cupsproutted dals
  • as per tastesalt
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspAnardana powder
  • 1/2 cupmustard oil for frying
  • 1 tspgram flour

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, wash spinach leaves in cold water and soak them for 5 minutes.

    Then add sprouted dals, walnuts and all spices and put the gram flour for binding.

    Allow to take rest for 10 minutes

    Give cutlet shape, deep fry in high flame gas and ready to eat

    Then garnish with walnuts and serve with walnut chutney.
