Lassi from a Curry Restaurant

I love lassi so much! They're usually quite thick, but the one I had at an Indian curry restaurant long time ago was smooth, so I tried recreating it! I make this with fruit every morning, and my kids just drink it up!
When you don't have simple syrup, add the equal ratio of sugar and water in a pot, and cook until the sugar is dissolved. When it's cooled, mix! Recipe by Manmayuuto-dan
