Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.

Add the cabbage and the rest of the ingredients. Cover, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat until the cabbage is almost tender. Uncover and increase the heat to let the liquid evaporate. Keep warm until ready to serve.
