Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup besan (chana flour)
  • 1/2 cupwater for kneading the dough
  • 1boil potato
  • 1 cupchopped Palak
  • 1 cupchopped coriander
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspmix herbs
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tbsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp dhanya jeera powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Mashed potatoes & mix all the ingredients in flour & prepare a soft dough

    Keep the dough for rest till 15 min
    After it make small balls & roll into patatha

    Heat the tawa & put paratha on it
    Then roast the paratha from both sides by adding little oil till it becomes brown in colour

    Now your Palak paratha is ready to serve
