  • 2 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupMalai/balai
  • 1 cupcream

Steps

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk

    Now boil again stir continuously.cook 10-15 minutes

    Off the flame add balai mix it

    Add cream

  6. 6

    Pour this mixture into a dish or a box.wrap it then cover it. Freeze it overnight

    Then blend it/ again Freeze it 5-6 hours more.
