Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 2English Cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 pintsCherry tomatoes or 4 large tomatoes
  • 5 ozfeta cheese (use as much or little and any cheese you like)
  • 1medium onion, julienned
  • 1 cupyour favorite vinaigrette
  • Salt and Cracked pepper to taste

    Slice your Cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and put in a bowl

    Season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add your vinaigrette and toss

    Top with feta cheese.
