Steps

Wash green peas & add chopped potato with green peas & add pinch haldi powder & salt per taste & cook in a pressure cooker till 5 whistles.

Now blend this mixture with a blender.

Take chopped onions, ginger garlic & tomatoes & grind them to form a smooth paste.

Now take a pan & add oil & when oil is hot put jeera & then hing & then onion & ginger garlic paste.

When oil separates from onion then add tomato paste.

After five min the oil gets separated & then add all spices to the pan.

Now stir fry for five min till oil gets separated & then add purée of the green mixture & stir properly.

Now close the lid & boil the mixture for another 15 min on low flame
In between, you can stir slowly
Now your tasty Ragda is ready for serving with cut onions, tomatoes & coriander & spicy Namkeen chewda. - 9
Now take two big spoons of prepared Ragda on a serving plate
Then add little green chutney, lasun chutney if you eat spicily
Then add cut onions & tomatoes & chewda
Garnish with coriander & serve with roasted butter pav
