Soak a chole 5 hours. Then cook in cooker till 5 whistles.

Boil onion, tomato together and make a puri. Ready all ingredients

Heat oil in a big pan on medium flame. Then add a ginger garlic paste, coconut powder, all dry ingredients, and saute it. Then add a tomato-onion puri and saute it.

Add a cooked chole and mix well. Then add the necessary water and simmer for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and cover with lid.

A delicious, spicy, tasteful chole is ready for serve. Serve with kulcha, papad & salads.
