In a kadhai add oil,salt,turmeric,curry leaves,mustard seeds,peanuts

When mustard seeds starts cracking put boiled rice in it

On low flame cook it for 10 minutes if basmati rice.

Serve hot with buttermilk/raiyta

Tip:dry roast peanuts then add it in rice.dont overcook peanuts if it gets overcook taste gets spoiled
