Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSugar - Caramelize and pour into mold (s)
  2. 4ripe banana
  3. 4eggs
  4. 4 tbspSugar
  5. 4 tbspMilk
  6. Let it cool down & keep in the fridge for 2 hours

Cooking Instructions

    Start by caramelizing your1 cup of sugar by pouring it into your mold and cooking it on low heat until it starts to melt. Keep cooking until it becomes liquid. Pour about 1/3 water if you don't want it to be too thick then set aside.

    Put the ripe bananas, eggs, sugar, and milk into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Using a strainer, pour the liquid into your mold to make sure they are smooth. Remove the foam. Cover it with a foil paper.

    Take your steamer and place it over a boiling water. Place the mold in the steamer and steam on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Remove it from the steamer and let it cool down & keep in the fridge for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours, remove it from the mold and flip it over a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.
