Ingredients

  1. Halfcup moong daal
  2. Halfcup green moong daal
  3. Halfcup masur daal
  4. Halfcup chana daal
  5. Halfcup mung moth daal
  6. Halfcup black mung daal maah ki daal
  7. Halfcup toor daal
  8. 1big onion finely chopped
  9. 2green chilli chopped
  10. 2tomato chopped
  11. 4 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric
  14. 2 tbspsalt
  15. Halftsp black pepper
  16. Halftsp hing or ASAFETIDA
  17. 1 tspgaram masala
  18. 1 tspcumin seeds
  19. 1 tspcoriander powder
  20. 1 tspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    First rinse all the lentils together then soak for 1 hour at least.

    Now put it in pressure cooker by adding 2 cups water.add hing,salt,black pepper and turmeric

  3. 3

    Let it boil and take out extra puffs from turmeric boiling.now have wait for 3 to 4 whistle

  4. 4

    Now on another side take a pan for tadka and add oil.roast cumin and mustard seeds,green chilli and saute them.add onion and ginger garlic.make golden and add add spices.after roasting one minute add tomato and cook for 7 to 8 minutes

    Add this to boiled ready lentils.optional you can add coriander leaves in the end.serve hot
