Cook the rice for some minutes until soft then take small portion and blend put them in a container add 2eggs add the spieces to your taste add grind pepper with onions add flour and mix them ol

Mix and make it in balls beat the 3eggs and put it one by one then put in breadcrumbs or flour and fry in hot oil then serve
