Crispy tender and moist chicken popcorn. A perfect starter for a party or get together. And the most favorite snack loved by my kids.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken pieces into small pieces (1-inch cubes preferably).

Add salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, milk, and vinegar. Mix and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, heat the oil in a pan for frying. I shallow fried these chicken popcorns instead of deep-frying.

Now add the maida, cornflour, besan flour, and red chili powder to the marinated chicken and coat properly.

Now add the breadcrumbs all over.do not press a lot or else the breadcrumbs will absorb all the moisture from the chicken and become soggy on Frying.

Now add the chicken pieces one by one to the hot oil and fry till golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot. These chicken popcorns are so moist and tender that you don't need any sauce and can enjoy on its own.
