Just came up with the idea. It's very easy to make and tastes delicious 😋
Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut the potatoesin halves. Cook with little salt and strain
- 2
Cut spinach into small pieces. Wash and dip in hot water for 5mins
- 3
In a pan, add little oil, pepper mix (attaruhu and tattasai) and fry for 5mins.

Add in spices, seasoning, soy sauce, diced onions, 1 cup of water and let it cook for abt 3mins
- 5
Pour in the cooked potatoes then spinach, cook on low heat for 8mins.

Spinach potatoes is ready to serve.😋
