Artichoke Spinach Dip

This is an easily made amount with ingredients I had around the house.
My husband doesn't like sour cream or mayonnaise, so I didn't use any.
An American "cup" is 200 ml.
The Parmesan has some salt, so adjust the amount of salt to taste. Recipe by Ranunculus

Steps

Put the cream cheese in a bowl and bring to room temperature.

Warm a frying pan and add the olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Add the spinach once fragrant and saute.

Let the spinach cool and chop it up. Add to the bowl from Step 1.

Chop up the artichokes as well and add to the bowl.

Mix in the Parmesan as well and season with salt and pepper.

Next, put into a heatproof dish and sprinkle panko on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 375°F (190°C) for 20~30 minutes until browned.
