Steps

Take all ingredients together.in a pan heat oil,add chana dal and urad dal saute few seconds then add red chilli,followed by onion and tomato.add ginger garlic cook on high flame for 2 minutes.turn off the flame. lets cool it

Take a grinding jar add all the ingredients in it and grind it for a minute.then add little water and squeeze half lemon in it.grind again until it turns smooth.

Transfer in a bowl. Take a tadka pan add oil heat it then add mustard seeds,red chilli and curry leaves.when they splatters add this tadka in chutney.
