Ingredients

  1. For sprout
  2. 1 1/2 cupsprouted moong chana
  3. As neededWater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. For masala
  6. 2 tbspcoriander seeds
  7. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  8. 1 tbspWhite seasme seeds
  9. 1 tspfennel seeds
  10. 2dry red chilli
  11. HandfulCoriander leaves
  12. 1/4 cup dry coconut
  13. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  14. 10cloves
  15. 1/2 tbsppepper corns
  16. 6-7garlic cloves
  17. For tempering
  18. 4-5 tbspOil
  19. 2chopped onion
  20. 1chopped tomatoes
  21. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  22. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  23. to tasteSalt
  24. as neededWater
  25. For serving
  26. 1Chopped onion
  27. 2 tspLemon
  28. 1/2 cupMixture bhujia
  29. as neededPav

Cooking Instructions

    For masala:- Take a pan dry roast all the masala except coriander leaves and grind them by adding coriander leaves.

    Boil sprouts in a cooker till 1 whistle or untill it cooked.

    Take a pan heat up some oil add onion and saute till golden brown then add tomatoes and cook till soft then add all the spices and mix then add masala paste and cook for few minutes then add boiled sprouts, water and salt and cook for 5-10 min in low flame and serve.

    Now for serving transfer missal in a bowl garnish with onion, lemonjuice and mixture and serve with pav
