Momos are popular foods from Tibet and Nepal. They are prepared using a dough made of Maida with a delicious stuffing inside. We can make them a lot healthier by adding colourful vegetables, shredded meats or plant meats . They are ever popular with young and olds and can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours! The most popular momos are steamed, fried and tandoori too.
