Ingredients

  • 1 kgfenkok (kudzu root)
  • 1kg lotus root
  • 300 gr carrot
  • 1 kgpork ribs
  • 4 pieceshoney
  • 1 piece tangerine peels
  • 9 piece dry scallop
  • 3 tbsred beans,
  • 3 tbs flat Beans
  • 4,5 Lwater
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps

2hours 30minute
  1. 1

    Soak red beans &flat Beans 30minutes
    -soak tangarine peel until soft then throw way the white skin inside tangarine peel
    -peels & cut the lotus root kezdu roots& carrots
    -soak the dry scallop

    Boil the water after boiling add in the kedzu roots boil for 2minute take out.
    -then put to boil for 1minute the Pork ribs
    -boil the water after boiling add in all the ingredients cook with medium flame for 30minutes then small flames🔥 cook for 2hours add salt
