Ingredients

About 40 min
  1. 1skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsppaprika
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  7. 1 tspthyme
  8. 1/2 tspground cumin
  9. Juice of 1 small lemon
  10. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the spices and set aside.

    On enough aluminum foil to wrap the chicken, place the breast, coat it completely with the oil, then the spice mixture, and finally squeeze the lemon juice over it. Place the bone side up and wrap with the aluminum foil. You could also cook it without wrapping, but it stays juicier if wrapped.

    Place in the air fryer, cook for 20 minutes at 375°F, on roast mode, then open the foil, turn the breast so the bones are down, and open the foil to brown the chicken. Cook for another 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the breast.

    Remove and enjoy a juicy roasted chicken breast.
