Air Fryer Roasted Chicken Breast

This recipe was a happy accident. I was about to cook a chicken breast to shred and use in a stew when I realized I didn't have fresh garlic and onions to boil it 😱😱. So, I decided to season it with spices, wrap it to keep it juicy, and it turned out great. That's how my air fryer saved the day. I didn't even shred it; it was so good that I just served it with a salad.

So, I decided to season it with spices, wrap it to keep it juicy, and it turned out great. That's how my air fryer saved the day. I didn't even shred it; it was so good that I just served it with a salad.
Cooking Instructions

Mix the spices and set aside.

On enough aluminum foil to wrap the chicken, place the breast, coat it completely with the oil, then the spice mixture, and finally squeeze the lemon juice over it. Place the bone side up and wrap with the aluminum foil. You could also cook it without wrapping, but it stays juicier if wrapped.

Place in the air fryer, cook for 20 minutes at 375°F, on roast mode, then open the foil, turn the breast so the bones are down, and open the foil to brown the chicken. Cook for another 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the breast.

Remove and enjoy a juicy roasted chicken breast.
