Finely chop 1 onion, 1 tomato and 1 capsicum

Heat a pan and put some butter and saute the vegetables for 5 minutes

Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala according to your taste and mix them well

Add crushed paneer to it and mix them well

Take 2 pieces of bread and apply any mayonnaise/sauce of your choice

Put the paneer bhurji on the bread and cover it with another piece of bread

Heat a pan, add some butter to it and cook the bread evenly from both sides until it turns golden brown

Your paneer bhurji sandwich is ready, serve hot
