It's a gujrati dish which is little sweet & tangy in taste

It's a gujrati dish which is little sweet & tangy in taste
Steps

Take one mango wash it properly & cut into pieces

Now put a small cooker on gas
Put oil in it Then add mustard seeds, methi Dana, red Chilli & hing
Then add cut mango pieces in it - 3
Now add all spices in it & stir it properly & Then add one cup water & mix it
Now when water begins to boil cover lid of pressure cooker & allow 3 whistles & Then close the flame - 4
Now after pressure is released check the consistency of sabji
If it is very liquid form then put it on gas & allow little liquid to boil
Then add sugar & mix it
Now your sabji is ready to serve
You can eat with chapati or phulka
