Black Garlic Cauliflower Purée with Salmon Pavé Steamed in a Double Boiler

Inspired by the cauliflower purée from @Bibi, who also challenged me to leave a Cooksnap on a recipe, I decided to prepare this dish, which turned out delicious! I challenge @tzitzi62 and @emoroless67 to prepare something that cheers the soul on a rainy afternoon.
Black Garlic Cauliflower Purée with Salmon Pavé Steamed in a Double Boiler

Cooking Instructions

Cook the cauliflower in its bag in the microwave for 5 minutes (pierce the bag to prevent it from exploding).

Transfer the cauliflower to the blender.
- 3
Add the two cloves of black garlic, butter, cream, and pepper. Blend and adjust seasoning.
- 4
Plate by drizzling with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve.
