Gasapcho Alentejano (Gazpacho)

This is a traditional summer dish that I ate alot growing up around my grandparents in Portugal.
More or less of each ingredient can be added it's all according to taste here. Finely diced prosciutto is also a great addition.

Steps

Smash the garlic with sea salt then add to a salad bowl along with the olive oil.

Add the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and bell pepper.
- 3
Add in the oregano, vinegar, cold water and ice cubes. Make sure to add plenty of water to account for the bread as it'll soak some of the water up.

Taste and add more of what is needed according to taste.
More or less of any ingredient can be added or subtracted, just depends on the individuals taste.
