Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen moong dal
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1 tbsppure ghee
  7. As per taste salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak dal for an hour..take dal & rice in a pressure cooker add 5 cups water turmeric powder and salt.. add cumin tempering with oil and ghee.

    Cook for 1 whistle on fast flame and five minutes on low flame.. let it pressure cool on its own.

    Healthy moong dal khichdi is ready to eat.. I had Served with ghee curd and tomato soup.
