Easy Tofu and Ground Meat Fried Meatballs

I love recipes that use ground meat so I'm always thinking of different recipes.

-It's much easier if you add a little oil to the spoon when dropping the meatballs into the oil.
-It's fine to eat as is because there is already a lot of flavor. However, you can also add ketchup or mustard according to your preference. Recipe by Komomomomo

Steps

  1. 1

Add all the ingredients except the frying oil together into a bowl and use your hands to mix well.

  2. 2

Heat oil in a pan to 170°C and drop each meatball into the oil with a spoon. Fry until they are a light brown color (about 5 minutes).

  3. 3

Alternative version: If you add re-hydrated and drained hijiki you can make a ganmo-style version. This is also soft and delicious.
