Ingredients

  1. 1potato, cut into bite size pieces
  2. 1corn, cut into 4cm slices
  3. 1lemon, cut into wedges
  4. 250 grmussels
  5. 150 grprawns
  6. 150 grenoki mushroom
  7. 10 piecesvariety fish balls
  8. Butter Sauce
  9. 100 grunsalted butter
  10. 2 headsgarlic, peeled and minced
  11. Seafood Seasoning
  12. 2 tbsp.paprika
  13. 2 tbsp.garlic powder
  14. 2 tbsp.oregano or Italian herbs
  15. 1 tbsp.kosher salt
  16. 1 tbsp.onion powder
  17. 1 tbsp.freshly ground black pepper
  18. 1 tsp.cayenne pepper
  19. 2 tbsp.sugar
  20. Garnish
  21. 1scallion, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the prawns and mussels. Use a pair of scissors to cut off the prawn mustache and legs. Debeard mussels.

    Combine all the ingredients of the seafood seasoning in a bowl.

    Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and corns. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lemon wedges, prawns, mussels, enoki mushrooms and fish balls. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and discard lemon.

    In a big skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once butter is melted, stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Add the seafood seasoning. Stir to mix. Add 1/2 cup of water. Turn off the heat.

    Transfer the seafood into the sauce. Stir to mix.

    Add chopped scallions.
