Cooking Instructions

Boil water and cover and keep aside

In a kadai heat oil and ghee add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, hing and allow it to roast

Now add chopped onion, grated ginger and green chillies allow it to cook
- 4
Once onions aur done add salt and curry leaves
- 5
Now add rava and roast with onion allow rava to roast nicely
- 6
Now add chopped tomato and give it a nice stir
- 7
Add hot water
- 8
Rava will absorb the water, cover and cook for 3-4 mins

Add sugar and cover for 2 more mins
- 10
Serve hot
